3. Relationship to Product & Service Terms

These Terms govern use of the Website only.

Any purchase, evaluation, shipment, quotation, custom product project, custom development project, service engagement, collaboration, or other commercial transaction involving Canal Biosciences products or services is subject to separate applicable terms, including Canal Biosciences’ Product & Service Terms and Conditions, an applicable quotation, purchase agreement, evaluation agreement, statement of work, material transfer agreement, nondisclosure agreement, or other written agreement.

Unless Canal Biosciences expressly agrees otherwise in a signed written agreement, Canal Biosciences’ Product & Service Terms and Conditions govern the ordering, purchase, sale, supply, provision, and use of Canal Biosciences products and services and override conflicting, additional, or different terms contained in any customer purchase order, invoice, ordering document, or other customer document.

In the event of a conflict between these Website Terms of Use and Canal Biosciences’ Product & Service Terms and Conditions, the Product & Service Terms and Conditions will control with respect to the ordering, purchase, sale, supply, provision, or use of Canal Biosciences products or services.

In the event of a conflict between these Website Terms of Use and a written agreement signed by Canal Biosciences, the signed written agreement will control with respect to the subject matter of that agreement.

4. No Offer, Acceptance, or Product Commitment

Information on the Website does not constitute an offer to sell, license, supply, evaluate, or provide any product, service, technology, or intellectual property. Product availability, specifications, release timing, performance, features, pricing, and instructions may change without notice.

All orders, evaluations, collaborations, custom product requests, service engagements, and other business opportunities are subject to Canal Biosciences’ review and acceptance and to applicable written terms.

Canal Biosciences may discontinue or modify products, services, specifications, instructions, applications, website materials, or other information at any time without notice, except as may be expressly provided in a written agreement signed by Canal Biosciences.

Any performance statements, application descriptions, comparisons, data summaries, or technology descriptions may depend on sample type, input amount, DNA quality, workflow conditions, sequencing platform, assay design, bioinformatics methods, and other variables.

Performance results may vary. Website Content should not be interpreted as a guarantee that any product, technology, workflow, or method will achieve the same or similar results in all settings or applications.

Nothing on the Website should be interpreted as a representation that any Canal Biosciences product or service has been tested by or for Canal Biosciences for safety or efficacy, reviewed or approved for any particular use by any regulatory agency, or validated for any clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or regulatory purpose.

7. Third-Party Publications and References

The Website may refer to scientific publications, third-party studies, third-party technologies, sequencing platforms, commercial products, institutions, companies, authors, collaborators, or other external sources.

Such references are provided for informational purposes only. Unless expressly stated, inclusion of a third-party reference does not imply endorsement by the authors, publishers, institutions, companies, or other third parties, and does not imply that any Canal Biosciences product or technology was used in the referenced work.

Canal Biosciences is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or interpretation of third-party publications or external materials.

8. Intellectual Property Ownership

The Website and its Content are owned by or licensed to Canal Biosciences and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
